ur aim is simple; only pour good wine into people's glasses. We taste every wine we buy, we only buy wine we like and that we find appropriate for our food. We know every wine on this list very well. All of our wine is cellared in ideal conditions and served in fine stemware. There is always an extensive collection of wines available by the taste or by the glass allowing us to complement every dish on the menu. We take particular pleasure in introducing guests to interesting wines they would not ordinarily get to taste. We believe good wine reflects its place of origin, that a wine's "terroir" is an essential component. The list is organized to show that. 

While we make every effort to keep the list updated, many of these wines are produced in small quantities and have limited availability. We cannot guarantee availability of any particular wine but are always ready to recommend a good substitute if necessary.
