Our dedication to seasonality is most  evident with our vegetable tasting  menu. As vegetable lovers, our approach is inspired by the delicious flavors, vibrant colors, and textures available in the vegetable kingdom. It helps of course, that we are blessed with an incredible array of fresh local vegetables and we do our best to honor them. Many of them are organic, some grown for us by good friends of the restaurant.
