New Years Eve has always been one of our favorite nights, we go all out to throw a great Party. It’s an evening of great food, music, dancing, revelry and Champagne. This year at The Westin Verasa Napa, we are offering two ways to ring in the New Year. Reservations for either party are required.
La Toque presents a truly one-of-a-kind celebration. As we do every year, we will have a great rock and roll soundtrack and Chef Ken Frank’s brigade will prepare a decadent five-course dinner. We start the evening at 7:30PM with a Champagne reception and Hors d’ oeuvres on our covered patio, pouring some of our favorite bubbles from magnums. At 8:30PM we seat the dining room “party style” with everyone at big tables. The kitchen pulls out all the stops for the most decadent menu of the year and our Sommelier team opens some exceptional bottles of wine. After dessert everyone is invited to join the Black and White Ball and head out on the dance floor until we do the countdown and Champagne at midnight. The cost is $195 and includes the Champagne reception, five course dinner, party favors, dancing and Champagne at Midnight. Wine pairings to accompany the dinner are available for an additional charge. The fun begins at 9:30 PM in BANK Café and Bar with the lobby decked out for our Old Hollywood Black and White Ball. Please “dress to impress”. From 9:30 to 11:30 the kitchen will present a buffet of small sweet and savory bites and we’ll have party favors in abundance to add to the festive atmosphere. Nor Cal Pro Sounds will be spinning tunes for a night of fun on the Dance Floor. At midnight we’ll break out the bubbles and pour everyone a flute to toast the New Year in style. The cost for the party is $75 per person and includes party favors, sweet and savory buffet, dancing and Champagne toast at midnight.
